Bookings

At ArtsCape we welcome the community to see our venue as a place in which they can use and engage with.

To make a booking of the space we ask you to follow a few simple steps.

At the bottom of the web page you will find a calender that shows the events already booked into the centre. Firstly please look through the calender and see if your desired time/date is availiable.

The next step to to email our secretary at artscapewynyard@gmail.com with your inquiry and as many details of your event as possible. This is the same procedure for those wishing to exhibit at our venue. The secretary will respond and book you in as required. Please be aware some events/exhibition will need committee approval.

A vital part of conducting an event art ArtsCape is an up to date membership. Please see our page this website on how to do this and for more information on memberships. A current membership will cover your insurance while using our venue and secondly it may give community groups and events free use of the building.

For all other users we have constructed a fee structure. For a proper quote on building hire please contact us via the email address.


Fees

For Community and Not for Profit Groups

*Where all users are not members but at least one user is a member

Time (Maximum)           Fee   

Night - 3 hours                  $15
Day - 4 hours (1/2 day)     $15
Full Day - 8 hours             $30

For Profit and Business Users

*Where the user is extracting a fee from a third party whilst using the building

Time (Maximum)           Fee   

Night - 3 hours                  $20
Day - 4 hours (1/2 day)     $20
Full Day - 8 hours             $40
